During her time in our business Caroline applied her deep operational expertise in the adult social care sector as Operations Director. She helped develop strategies and redefine the priorities for the leadership of the organisation. Caroline’s personal experience and knowledge allowed her to develop her operational team,  introduce new policies and processes, apply best practice and continually focus on improving outcomes for the people we support.
